The partner agrees to pay invoices at the agreed Payment Terms. All invoices are due upon receipt. Any invoices that are past due 30 days may be subject to a disruption of service.
Payments are accepted via Cheque, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Electronic ACH or Wire Transfer.
Late Payments
Late charges of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) may be charged on all overdue accounts.
Disruption of Service
If payment is not made in a timely manner and an account is past due for longer than 30 days Direct Tap will pause all outbound direct delivery until the past due balance is up to date. Disruption of service may include the disruption of access to your order system, outbound delivery and access to inventory warehoused at Direct Tap facilities. Once payment is made in full, access will be granted back to all system immediately upon payment.
