All product going to Alberta must have their PO registered with Connect Logistics. If the PO is not registered with Connect Logistics, it can cause delays with the shipment. If a Connect Logistics PO is sent that is not registered and the appointment is denied, appropriate charges will still be applied for the non-registered PO.
Once you have your PO registered, please email it to firstname.lastname@example.org .
Order cutoff for any product bound for Alberta is Monday at 12pm. You must have the PO registered, PO emailed to email@example.com , and product on site at Direct Tap before this cutoff.
If your product is not pre-built and is being picked from existing stock at Direct Tap, please ensure that you enter a counter sale order with the licensee being Connect Logistics to remove any inventory from Direct Tap. This order must also be placed before the 12pm cutoff and confirmed with the order desk at firstname.lastname@example.org .
For any pre built orders being sent to Connect, please ensure the skid is clearly labeled with a copy of the PO attached to the skid.
All product for Alberta will be picked up Monday afternoon and will arrive at Connect Logistics no later than Friday (weather and road conditions permitting).
